A warming drink to use up your leftover pumpkin trimmings.
Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 G pumpkin
1 PINCH ground allspice
1 PINCH ground nutmeg
0.5 TSP ground cinnamon
28 OZ / 800 ML milk
3.5 OZ / 100 G white chocolate
Directions
Add your pumpkin flesh into the mixing bowl along with the chocolate. Chop the mix for 10 seconds / speed 6. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your milk, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg to the mixing bowl. Make the drink with the measuring cup inserted for 20 minutes / 195°F|90°C / speed 2 / stir.
Insert the measuring cup and process the drink till smooth for 30 seconds / speed 8. Empty into some mugs and enjoy with some whipped cream on top.
