1 OZ / 30 G kale
21 OZ / 600 ML grapefruit juice
0.5 OZ / 15 G turmeric root
1 EA fresh apple
Directions
Prepare the apple by peeling and removing the core, then add to the mixing bowl along with the peeled turmeric root and kale. Chop for 45 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides.
Chop again for 20 seconds / speed 10.
Add your grapefruit juice to the mixing bowl and blend the drink again for 30 seconds / speed 6.
