This arugula pesto with pine nuts and garlic is a great match for your bread and pasta.
Directions
Add your pine nuts to the mixing bowl. Sauté the pine nuts for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
Peel your garlic, then add to the mixing bowl along with parmesan cheese. Chop for 10 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your arugula to the mixing bowl along with your lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Process for 30 seconds / speed 6.
TIP: Depending on your preference, you can manually adjust the speed to alter the texture of the pesto.
