An upgrade to your usual whipped cream with the addition of vanilla that really adds a decadent finish to any dessert.
Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 G whipping cream (cold)
1 TSP vanilla bean paste
1 TBSP icing sugar
Directions
Attach the butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl then add the whipping cream, vanilla bean paste and icing sugar. Remove the measuring cup and whip the cream for 1 minute 30 seconds / speed 4 and under constant observation as over-whipped cream turns into butter.
