Use this chestnut puree in desserts or loosened as a dip.
Directions
Add your chestnuts to the mixing bowl. Chop your chestnuts for 10 seconds / speed 7.
Add your water, sugar and butter to the mixing bowl. Then, cook your puree for 30 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1 / stir.
Add the cream and salt to the mixing bowl. Then, process with the measuring cup inserted for 30 seconds / speed 10.
Enjoy your dish!
