Ingredients
5.5 OZ / 150 G waxy potatoes
3.5 OZ / 100 G onion
1 EA chicken breast
1 EA boneless chicken thigh
31.5 OZ / 900 ML chicken stock
5.5 OZ / 150 ML cream
2 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Peel the potatoes and onion, then cut them into rough pieces. Prepare your chicken by removing the skin and cutting them into small cubes. Arrange on the deep steaming tray.
Add your onion and potato to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop for 10 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your chicken stock to the mixing bowl and insert your deep steaming tray. {scale} Cook your soup with the measuring cup inserted for 30 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 2 / stir.
Once cooked, remove the deep steaming tray from the mixing bowl and add your cooked chicken into the mixing bowl. Add your cream, salt and pepper. Blend your soup with the lid attached and the measuring cup in place for 1 minute / speed 10.
Season again to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the soup between deep bowls, then garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
