Ingredients
4.5 OZ / 125 G cake flour
3.5 OZ / 100 G chocolate chips
2.5 OZ / 75 G sugar
1 EA egg
3.5 OZ / 100 G softened butter
1 TSP vanilla
Directions
Add butter and sugar to the mixing bowl. Cream the butter and sugar for 2 minutes / speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Break your eggs into a small bowl, then add your vanilla into the egg and mix it altogether. Remove the measuring cup and blend again for 1 minute / speed 4. While the whisk is spinning, slowly and carefully add the egg and vanilla mixture through the top hole after you have pressed start. If your eggs stick on the side, pause and scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add the flour and chocolate chips to the mixing bowl. Mix with the measuring cup inserted for 15 seconds / speed 4.
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 360°F. Divide the cookie dough into 8 and spread them across a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy your cookies!
