This is an awesome vegan alternative to whipped cream. Using coconut milk or cream will give you a perfect smooth finish.
Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 ML coconut cream or milk (chilled)
2 TBSP powdered sugar
0.5 TSP vanilla extract
Directions
Open the can of your coconut milk without any shaking as you want the thick cream on the top. Add to the mixing bowl, along with the sugar and vanilla. With the butterfly whisk inserted, whip 4 minutes / speed 4. Remove from the mixing bowl and chill till ready to serve.
Enjoy your whipped cream!

TIPS:
Use the leftover coconut liquid to make smoothies.
Try using the best quality coconut milk or cream you can find, as you need one with high-fat content.
The night before making the cream, you must put the coconut milk in the fridge for the coconut fats to harden overnight. Otherwise, this recipe will not work!
