75 OZ / ML hot water
4 EA eggs
Directions
Pour hot water into the mixing bowl and heat for 7 minutes / 265°F|130°C / speed 1. Make sure the water is hot. If the water is straight from the cold tap preheat your water for 10 minutes using the steam in manual mode.
Place the eggs into the simmering basket then put inside the mixing bowl. Make sure egg is fully covered with water. Cook for 14 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1.
Soft boiled egg - 8 minutes / Medium boiled egg - 11 minutes / Hard boiled egg - 14 minutes
