Transform your dried garbanzo beans into a tasty side dish or snack with 3 ingredients only.
Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 G dried garbanzo beans
70.5 OZ / 2 L water
2 TSP salt
Directions
Add your dried garbanzo beans to a bowl, cover them in water then soak overnight.
Drain off the water and add them to the mixing bowl along with the water and salt. Cook your garbanzo beans for 45 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 1 / stir. Once cooked, store them in sterilized jars in their cooking liquid.
