Add some flavor to your meal with Multo's Garlic Bread! Crusty bread topped with butter and fresh garlic, it's a perfect side dish or snack.
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G softened butter
1 BUNCH flat leaf parsley
5 CLOVE garlic
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 EA baguette
Directions
Wash the parsley and pick off the leaves. Peel the garlic.
Add your butter, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix for 6 seconds / speed 8. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Preheat your oven to 210°C / 420°F. Cut your baguette on an angle through two-thirds of the bread to keep it intact. Evenly spread the butter mix throughout the bread and bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
TIP: Try using the back of a wooden spoon next to the bread while chopping to avoid cutting through all of the bread.
