Let's make this chewy, nutty and delicious granola bars with Multo!
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G rolled oats
2 OZ / 50 G butter
2 OZ / 50 G honey
1 OZ / 30 G brown sugar
3.5 OZ / 100 G cashew nuts
2 OZ / 50 G dried blueberries
1 TBSP pumpkin seeds
Directions
Add the cashews to the mixing bowl and chop for 6 seconds / speed 6.
Add oats into the mixing bowl. Toast with the cashews for 5 minutes / 265°F|130°C. Remove from the mixing bowl then clean the bowl.
Add sugar, butter and honey into the mixing bowl. Cook for 4 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Insert the butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl. Add the oat mix and the dried blueberries. Mix for 30 seconds / speed 2 / stir.
Line a baking sheet with cling film then compress the granola tightly into the sheet. Sprinkle with pumpkin seed. Allow to set for 12 hours before slicing and serving.
