1 TBSP olive oil

21 OZ / 600 ML vegetable stock

14 OZ / 400 G tomato

1.5 OZ / 40 G cherry tomato

1 TSP salt

Directions
Peel the carrot, onion, garlic and celery. Roughly chop the carrot and celery. Quarter onion and tomato. Slice cherry tomato thinly.
Add tinned tomato, tomato, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, parsley, basil to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds / speed 5.
Add olive oil to the mixing bowl, cook for 14 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Add stock to the mixing bowl. Cook for 25 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1 / stir.
