Carefully remove the peel from the lemon with a knife or peeler, reserving some of the peel for garnish. Quarter the peeled lemons and remove most the seeds. With the measuring cup inserted blend the lemon for 45 seconds / speed 10. Remove from the mixing bowl and reserve for later. Clean out the mixing bowl.
Add your sugar and water to the mixing bowl and with the measuring cup inserted, make your syrup. Cook for 10 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 3 / stir. Once cooked, allow your syrup to cool down in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes.
TIP: Add your mixing bowl in an ice bath to cool down faster.
Add your processed lemons back to the mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute / speed 3 / stir. By mixing the lemonade again will give a shiny finish to your drink.
Once done, pass your lemonade through a sieve and fill. Serve into glasses with some more ice and some lemon peel.

TIPS:
If syrup is too strong for your taste, add some extra water to the glass.
You can also skip the sieving the mix for a more textured finish.
