Another excellent gluten-free flour alternative. These crackers can be used as a snack on their own or topped with toppings of your choice.
Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G red Lentils
4.5 OZ / 125 ML water
0.5 TSP salt
1 TBSP black sesame seeds
Directions
Add your lentils to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, pulverize the lentils for 1 minute / speed 10.
Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and chop again for 1 minute 30 seconds / speed 10.
Add your water and salt to the mixing bowl, then mix for 30 seconds in kneading mode.
Preheat your oven to 150°C / 300°F. Using some extra lentil flour, roll your dough thinly before cutting it into rounds. Lay onto a baking sheet and sprinkle some black sesame seeds over the dough. Bake for 25 minutes till cooked and crispy.
