Originating from India, this Mint Raita is a fantastic creamy condiment with a little spicy kick.
Ingredients
2 OZ / 50 G mint
1 OZ / 25 G cilantro
1 TSP cumin powder
0.5 TSP chili powder
14 OZ / 400 G natural yogurt
0.5 TSP salt
Directions
Wash and pick your mint and cilantro, then add them to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop your herbs for 5 seconds / speed 9. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your yogurt, cumin, chili powder and salt to the mixing bowl. Mix the raita for 30 seconds / speed 4. Empty into a serving dish.
