Challenge yourself by making this quick and easy salad dressing, have it whenever you want it!
Ingredients
3 TBSP white wine vinegar
2 TSP Dijon Mustard
5.5 OZ / 150 ML olive oil
3 EA hard-boiled egg yolks
2 TSP maldon sea salt
0.5 EA lemon Juice
3.5 OZ / 100 ML heavy cream
1 TBSP sugar
Directions
Insert your butterfly whisk. Then, add your cooked egg yolk, sugar, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, cream, mustard and salt to the mixing bowl. Combine the mix with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute / speed 3 / stir. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Remove the measuring cup and mix again for 2 minutes / speed 4. While mixing, slowly pour the oil through the hole in the lid till fully incorporated.
