A 3 ingredient meal, perfect for the family, all cooked in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
4 EA salmon fillets
9 OZ / 250 G green pesto
2 TSP salt
1 TBSP olive oil
10.5 OZ / 300 G dried pasta
70.5 OZ / 2 L hot water
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Add your water to the mixing bowl, then add the salt and oil. Heat the water for 4 minutes / 265°F|130°C / speed 2. While your water preheats, add your salmon fillets to the deep steaming tray and season with salt and pepper.
Insert the simmering basket and add in the pasta. Attach the steaming tray to the mixing bowl, then cook the pasta and salmon for 17 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1.
TIP: If your salmon is frozen, you should increase the cooking time.
Remove the deep steaming tray and the simmering basket. Empty the water from the mixing bowl and add your pasta back in along with your pesto. Mix your pasta for 30 seconds / speed 1 / stir. Serve on a plate with the salmon on top.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil. Enjoy your meal!
