Try this simple and healthy vegan snack, perfect to share with family and friends after meals.
Ingredients
1 OZ / 25 G black sesame seed
2.5 OZ / 75 G white sesame seed
2 TBSP maple syrup
2.5 OZ / 75 G light brown sugar
1 TBSP coconut oil
1 TBSP water
Directions
Add white and black sesame seeds to the mixing bowl and toast them for 7 minutes on sauté mode. Remove toasted sesame.
Add the sugar, water, oil and syrup to the mixing bowl. Mix for 3 minutes on sauté mode.
Add your sesame seed back to mixing bowl and mix for 20 seconds / speed 2 / stir.
Preheat your oven to 150°C / 300°F. Line a sheet pan with baking parchment and spread the snap mix on the tray. Add another parchment paper on top, using a rolling pin to spread the mix thinly across the tray. Remove the top parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
