A keto-friendly white fish with a high content of protein and omega-3 fatty acids that are better preserved through steaming.
Ingredients
4 EA white fish fillets
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
2 TBSP olive oil
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
Place your fish in a large bowl, then add the salt, oil and pepper. Carefully give the fish a good seasoning. Once done, add the fillets to the deep steaming tray.
Add your water to the mixing bowl and insert the deep steaming tray. Steam your fish using the steaming mode for 10 minutes.
