Whether this sauce is poured on top of a sundae, pudding, or added to a drink, this sauce is fool-proof.
Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 ML heavy cream
3 OZ / 90 G brown sugar
3 TBSP molasses
0.5 TSP salt
1 OZ / 25 G butter
Directions
Add your cream, butter, salt, brown sugar and molasses to the mixing bowl. Sauté for 14 minutes / 250°F|120°C with the measuring cup removed and the butterfly whisk inserted.
