This simple and healthy recipe is perfect for your vegan snack!
Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G water
9 OZ / 250 G pineapple juice
1 TSP / 5 G agar agar powder
7 OZ / 200 G mango
3.5 OZ / 100 G blueberries
1 EA lime
3.5 OZ / 100 strawberry
17.5 OZ / 500 G desiccated coconut (optional)
Directions
Add the water and agar agar into the mixing bowl and boil for 5 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 3 / stir.
While the mix cooks, prepare the fruit by dicing the mango and strawberry then cut the blueberries in half.
Add the pineapple juice and the juice of a lime to the mixing bowl, then mix for 20 seconds / speed 3 / stir.
Line a flat tray with cling film, then pour over the liquid from the mixing bowl. Arrange the fruit accordingly and allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cut the jellies and toss them in desiccated coconut or coconut sugar.
