A 3 ingredient Ice cream that takes 5 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
3 EA bananas
7 OZ / 200 G whipping cream
10.5 OZ / 300 G strawberries
Directions
Peel and quarter your bananas and wash and half the strawberries place in the freezer
for at least 3 hours. Alternately use ready frozen fruits.
Attach the butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl and add the cream. Remove the measuring cup and whip the cream, under constant observation to avoid over whipping, for 90 seconds / speed 4 / stir.
Remove the butterfly whisk and add the chopped fruit. Blend for 1 minute / speed 5.
The ice cream will be at a soft scoop consistency, place in the freezer
for 2 hours for a firmer texture.

TIP:
Mix your ice cream every 30 minutes in the
freezer to maintain a smooth texture.
If your ice cream has set hard, chop into pieces then process for 10 seconds / speed 10 in Manual mode.
