Ingredients
16 OZ / 450 G boneless skinless chicken breast
6 OZ / 175 G hot sauce
4 OZ / 115 G salad dressing
8 OZ / 230 G cream cheese
4 OZ / 120 G shredded cheddar cheese
1 OZ / 30 G blue cheese crumbles
2 EA green onion
Directions
Slice your green onion.
Place the chicken breast to the simmering basket. Pour the water to the pressure cooker bowl and insert the simmering basket. Close the lid and pressure cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove the cooked chicken and shred with fork. Remove the water and clean the bowl.
Add back the chicken to the bowl along with the hot sauce, salad dressing, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix using the keep warm mode for 1 minute.
Add back the shredded chicken and mix well in keep warm mode for 1 minute.
Top with the blue cheese crumbles and sliced green onion. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or veggie sticks. Enjoy your dip!
