Bolognese sauce is a meat-based Italian sauce that's been around for hundreds of years. It's traditionally made with ground beef, stock and tomatoes.
Ingredients
2 TBSP olive oil
0.5 EA onion (medium)
2 CLOVES garlic
14 OZ / 400 G beef
4 TBSP tomato puree
14 OZ / 400 G canned chopped tomato
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TBSP italian dried herbs
3.5 OZ / 100 ML beef stock
Directions
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
Once the pressure cooker is preheated, add the onion, garlic and beef to the pronto bowl. Cook in sauté mode for 10 minutes / 360°F|180°C and keep stirring it to avoid burning at the bottom.
Add the tomato puree, chopped tomato, sugar, salt, black pepper, Italian dried herbs and beef stock to the pressure cooker. Cook in high pressure cook mode for 7 minutes.
Enjoy your dish! Serve with spaghetti or any pasta you desired.
