Try this simple and easy leek with butter recipe to accompany fish or simply on the side of any meal.
Ingredients
2 EA leeks (roughly 1 pound)
3.5 OZ / 100 G butter
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Remove the outer layer of the leek and then clean the leek well. Slice the leek into half inch / 1cm rings and add to the mixing bowl.
Add your butter, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl along with the leeks. With the measuring cup inserted, cook your leeks for 20 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1 / stir. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Remove your measuring cup from the lid and sauté the leeks for 10 minutes / 250°F|120°C.

Add half a pint of heavy cream on step 4 to create the most wonderful creamy leek sauce.
