Soft and tender cauliflower excellently paired with tarragon and crouton dust.
Ingredients
1 EA cauliflower
2 TSP dried tarragon
2 OZ / 50 G croutons
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
2 OZ / 50 G parmesan cheese
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
Add your tarragon, pepper and croutons to the mixing bowl and with the measuring up inserted, chop your mix for 30 seconds / speed 10. Remove from the mixing bowl and combine with the parmesan cheese. Clean the mixing bowl well.
Prepare the cauliflower by cutting them into florets and lay into the deep steaming tray. Sprinkle the salt over the top.
Add the water to the mixing bowl and attach the deep steaming tray. Steam your cauliflower for 20 minutes.
Once cooked, add your cauliflower to a serving dish and sprinkle over the tarragon dust.
