This citrus juice is full of Vitamin C which is good for anti-aging, immune system and cardiovascular health.
Ingredients
1 EA grapefruit
3 EA orange
1 EA lemon
17.5 OZ / 500 ML fresh orange juice
Directions
Remove the skin from the fruit and quarter your fruits. Try and remove as many of the pips as possible. Add the fruits to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop the fruit for 25 seconds / speed 6.
Add your fresh orange juice to the mixing bowl. Mix the drink for 45 seconds / speed 4. Either serve with the pulp or strain for a smooth finish.
