Fully loaded with beef and cooked in marinara sauce, this bolognese is even more delicious than the restaurant-made!
Ingredients
8 OZ / 225 G ground beef
10.5 OZ / 300 G marinara sauce
0.5 EA yellow onion
2 CLOVES garlic
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TSP italian herbs
8 OZ / 225 G Spaghetti
53 OZ / 1.5 L water
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Add your water into the mixing bowl, along with the salt. Preheat your water using the steaming mode.
Add your spaghetti into the mixing bowl through the hole in the lid. Cook for 10 minutes / 230°F|110°C in sauté mode. Once done, strain your pasta and mix it with a little olive oil. Keep it warm in a bowl for later.
Peel your onion and garlic, then add to the mixing bowl. Chop for 8 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your olive oil and ground beef to the mixing bowl. Sauté with the measuring cup removed for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
Stir your beef with the spatula and cook again with the measuring cup removed in sauté mode for 4 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
Add your marinara sauce and Italian herbs to the mixing bowl. Cook with the measuring cup inserted for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 2 / stir. Season your sauce with salt and pepper, then stir your sauce through. Mix it with your cooked pasta and serve hot.
