Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G frozen shrimps
0.5 OZ / 20 G saltine cracker
1 TSP chives
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TSP lemon zest
1 EA egg
1 TBSP flour
1 TBSP cooking oil
Directions
Add the shrimps to the mixing bowl. Chop for 15 seconds / speed 5.
Add saltine crackers to the mixing bowl. Wash and dry the chives then cut it into slices, add it into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds / speed 10. Scrape it down with the spatula.
Add the salt, pepper, lemon zest and the egg, mix for 10 seconds / speed 1.
Form the shrimp mixture into 6 patties. Coat in a little flour. Pan fry the shrimp cakes until they become golden brown on both sides on a medium heat.
Serve with mayonnaise or lemon wedges and enjoy your dish!
