This shrimp recipe is definitely a hit! It is sautéed with butter, garlic and guajillo peppers. You can enjoy it with tacos, rice, or by itself for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
5 CLOVES garlic
2 EA guajillo chili
2 OZ / 50 G butter
17.5 OZ / 500 G shrimps tails
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
10 EA taco tortillas
4 EA lime wedges
Directions
Peel and cut garlic cloves into thin slices. Remove tails from the guajillo peppers, deseed them and cut them into strips.
TIP: It is better to cut the peppers with scissors.
Add butter, garlic and guajillo peppers to the mixing bowl. Cook with the measuring cup removed in sauté mode for 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp, salt and pepper to taste into the mixing bowl. Cook with the measuring cup removed in sauté mode for 7 minutes.
Serve your shrimp with tortillas and lime. Enjoy your dish!
