The sweet and refreshing raspberry meets the crunchy oat crumble made with rolled oats, oats flour, brown sugar and peanut butter. This is what you've been waiting for, dessert-lovers!
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G raspberry
7 OZ / 200 G oat flour
7 OZ / 200 G rolled oats
2.5 OZ / 75 G brown sugar
5.5 OZ / 150 G peanut butter
2 TSP baking powder
0.25 TSP salt
2 TBSP coconut oil
Directions
Add your raspberry to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, process your mix for 10 seconds / speed 4. Once done, remove the raspberry from the mixing bowl and clean out your mixing bowl very well.
Add the rolled oats, oat flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, coconut oil, baking powder and salt to the mixing bowl. Combine the mix for 1 minute / speed 3. Once done, spread three-quarters of the mix onto a lined baking sheet and compact the mix.
Preheat the oven to 160°C / 320°F. Spread the raspberry mixture onto the oat base and then sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top loosely. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
