Sweet Corn with Chipotle Butter
A buttery, spicy and sweet delight this will become your go to side dish for any BBQ party or gathering.
Directions
Prepare the corns by removing the husks and wash well. Add corn to deep steaming tray. Add the water to the mixing bowl.
Attach the steamer to the mixing bowl and steam for 15 minutes.
Turn the corns around in the deep steaming tray to allow evenly cooking for 15 minutes. Remove steamer and empty mixing bowl of water.
Add the chipotle with some adobo sauce to the mixing bowl. Add butter, salt and paprika. Reattach the steamer and sauté for 3 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Lay the corn on a plate and brush liberally with the sauce.

TIP:
- If your corn is too big use both steaming trays and rotate the corn in both trays half way through.
