Dip your chicken in teriyaki marinade made from soy sauce and honey, or spread it on top of your dishes.
Ingredients
3.5 OZ / 100 G honey
9 OZ / 250 G dark soy sauce
2 TBSP mirin
0.5 OZ / 20 G ginger
4 CLOVES garlic
2 TSP corn flour
3.5 OZ / 100 G water
Directions
Peel your ginger and garlic then add to the mixing and chop up finely using TURBO mode for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your honey, soy sauce and mirin to the mixing bowl and cook the marinade for 5 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 2 / stir.
In a small bowl, add your water and corn flour together. Cook your sauce again for 4 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 3 / stir. While the sauce is cooking, slowly add the corn flour mix through the hole in the lid and cook until thickened. Remove from mixing bowl and allow to cool down.

This marinade is great with prawns, salmon or chicken. It can last for weeks in the fridge.
