A quick recipe creates this delicious, smooth and creamy classic pudding laced with delicious vanilla flavor.
Ingredients

1 EA vanilla pod

17.5 OZ / 500 ML milk

2 EA egg yolks
-
2 OZ / 60 G sugar

1 PINCH salt
-
1.5 OZ / 40 G corn flour
Directions
Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.
Add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
Cook the custard for 4 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 3.
Remove the vanilla pod and transfer to a bowl. Either serve warm or allow to set in the fridge serving cold. Enjoy your dessert!
Recipe Note
TIP:
- Serve alternate layers of crushed chocolate biscuits or brownies and custard. It looks fabulous and tastes delicious.
