A fresh tangy yet spicy South American inspired sauce, perfect with meats or seafood.
Ingredients
1 CLOVE garlic
1 EA jalapeño chili pepper
1 OZ / 25 G red onion
1 OZ / 25 G coriander
1 OZ / 25 G parsley
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TSP dried oregano
2 OZ / 50 G olive oil
1 PINCH salt and pepper
1 PINCH chili flakes
Directions
Remove the stem and seeds from the Jalapeño pepper. Wash and pick the leaves from the fresh herbs. Peel and roughly chop the onion. Peel the garlic.
Add all the prepared ingredients to the mixing bowl along with the chili flakes, oil, vinegar, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chop all the ingredients for 10 seconds / speed 6.
Remove from bowl.
Enjoy your meal! It can last in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
