Add your parsley to the mixing bowl and chop the parsley on turbo for 3 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add the ground lamb to the mixing bowl with the garlic powder, paprika, cumin, olive oil and chili powder. Mix for 30 seconds / speed 4. Remove the mixture from the mixing bowl. Clean out the mixing bowl.
Divide the lamb into 12, then roll them into balls before pressing slightly to flatten the ball. Place in the fridge till ready to cook.
Peel garlic cloves and add them to the mixing bowl. Unlock Turbo and chop for 5 seconds / speed 10. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Remove the mint leaves from the stems and add the leaves to the mixing bowl. Peel your cucumber and cut it into quarters. Deseed the cucumber, then add them to the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds / speed 6. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add the cream cheese, yogurt, sour cream, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Mix for 20 seconds / speed 3 / reverse. Remove and reserve for later.
Add your water to the mixing bowl. Add the lamb to the deep steaming tray and attach the steaming tray. Steam your kofta for 15 minutes.
