Ingredients
26.5 OZ / 750 ML lime soda
4 OZ / 120 G lime jello
9 OZ / 250 ML half-cream
1 EA lime
0.5 TSP peppermint
Directions
Add half of the soda and the lime jello into the mixing bowl. Close the lid and mix with the measuring cup inserted for 3 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2. Cool it down at room temperature (the mix has to be liquid).
Add the rest of the soda and half-cream into the mixing bowl. Close the lid and blend with the measuring cup inserted using turbo mode for 30 seconds.
Pour the jello mix into a mould, let it set on a surface for 10 minutes and then in the fridge for at least an hour.
TIP: Pre-grease the mould with vegetable oil.
Decorate with lime slices and peppermint leaves. Enjoy your dessert!
