With bright color and rich tropical flavor, this mango sauce serves as an amazing dip for many recipes.
Directions
Peel the mango and cut off the fruit on either side of the large pit in the center.
Add the mango, sugar, water, lime juice to the mixing bowl and blend the sauce for 45 seconds / speed 8.
Scrape the mango sauce into a small bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
