Enjoy this delicious, healthy, vegan burger. Ready in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients
4.5 OZ / 125 G black bean
4.5 OZ / 125 G butter bean
4.5 OZ / 125 G kidney bean
2 EA chipotle in adobe
1 TSP cumin
1 TSP salt
2 TSP pepper
1 EA egg
3 OZ / 85 G breadcrumb
3.5 OZ / 100 G onion
4 EA burger buns
1 HEAD butter lettuce
1 EA tomato
2 OZ / 60 G burger relish
17.5 OZ / 500 G water
Directions
Peel your onion then add to the mixing bowl and chop for 8 seconds / speed 7. Scrape down your sides.
Drain and rinse all of your beans then add them to the mixing bowl along with the chipotle, cumin, salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumb. Mix your burger for 20 seconds / speed 3.
Shape your burgers into 4 patties then place them in deep steaming basket. Add the water to the mixing bowl and steam your burgers for 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove the lid and allow to dry out for a minute.
Garnish your burger with slices of tomato and lettuce then top with some burger relish.
Enjoy your dish! You can make it more rich with mayo or some cheese on top.

Make sure your beans are fully dried prior to adding them to the mixing bowl.
