Such a great keto snack loaded with full of flavor. Eat it with celery sticks for an energy boost.
Ingredients
1 TBSP flat-leaf parsley
10.5 OZ / 300 G black pitted olives
1 CLOVE garlic
1 TBSP capers
4 EA anchovies
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
4 TBSP olive oil
0.5 TSP fine sea salt
0.25 TSP black pepper
Directions
Remove the parsley from its stem. Add to the mixing bowl along with the garlic, anchovy, caper and olives. Blend the mix for 10 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix for 10 seconds / speed 8. Remove from the mixing bowl and store until needed.
