The classic vegan-friendly and gluten-free orange marmalade with fresh orange and lemon. Spread it on your toast for breakfast or serve it as a sauce or dip for lunch!
Ingredients
3 EA oranges
7 OZ / 200 ML water
17.5 OZ / 500 G sugar
1 EA lemon
Directions
Wash your oranges and lemon, then cut them into eight. Try to remove as many of the pips as possible, then add to the mixing bowl. Chop your fruit for 6 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your water to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, cook your oranges for 10 minutes / 220°F|105°C / speed 1 / stir.
Add your sugar to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, cook your marmalade for 25 minutes / 220°F|105°C / speed 2 / stir. Once cooked, place it into sterilized jars and allow to chill before using.
