Make this puree using sweet red bell peppers. It is smooth and tasty, perfect in kinds of pasta or served on top of proteins.
Directions
Deseed and roughly chop your red pepper, then peel the garlic. Add both to the mixing bowl. Chop up the pepper and garlic for 8 seconds / speed 6.
Add your oil and paprika to the mixing bowl. Sauté for 7 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Mix the filling with the spatula and sauté again for 7 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Add the vegetable broth. Cook your puree for 10 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1 / stir.
Add seasoning and blend for 20 seconds / speed 8. Transfer to another bowl.

TIPS:
- Adjust the consistency with stock.
- Great as a dip or loosed to make a sauce for fish and chicken.
