Ingredients
5.5 OZ / 150 G onion
5.5 OZ / 150 G green bell peppers
2 EA garlic cloves
1.5 OZ / 40 ML vegetable oil
1 TSP cumin
1 TBSP salt
10.5 OZ / 300 G shredded beef brisket (precooked)
2 OZ / 60 ML white wine
4 OZ / 120 G tomato purée
Directions
Cut your onion in half, then cut the rest of the onion into thin slices. Peel garlic cloves and cut them into slices. Cut off the ends of bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into julienne strips.
Add your vegetable oil, onion, garlic and bell pepper into the mixing bowl. Sauté using the sauté mode for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded beef, white wine, tomato puree, cumin, and salt into the mixing bowl. Cook in sauté mode with the measuring cup removed for 10 minutes.
Serve your dish with some slices of fried plantain or tostones. Enjoy!
