Perfect for all the family on a labor day BBQ party. Serve cold to enjoy a refreshing vegan and gluten-free treat.
Ingredients

7 OZ / 200 G cantaloupe melon

7 OZ / 200 G pineapple

5.5 OZ / 150 ML orange juice

17.5 OZ / 500 ML cranberry juice

0.5 EA lemon
-
1 EA lime
-
3.5 OZ / 100 G strawberries

7 OZ / 200 G ice cubes
Directions
Peel the melon, remove the seeds and chop the flesh into rough cubes. Peel the pineapple then remove the hard core and cut the flesh into rough cubes.
Thinly slice your strawberry, lemon and lime then add them to a serving jug.
Put the fruit in the mixing bowl with the cranberry juice, orange juice and ice cubes. Blend for 1 minute / speed 8.
Pour into the serving jug and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
TIP:
- Allow to sit in the mixing bowl for 5 minutes to allow some of the froth to disperse.
