Ingredients
2 OZ / 60 G peeled almonds
2 OZ / 60 G cashew nuts
7 OZ / 200 ML water
2 OZ / 60 G onion
1 TSP lemon juice
1 TSP apple cider vinegar
1 PINCH salt
Directions
Peel and cut the onion into quarter and place into mixing bowl.
Add the almonds, cashews, water, vinegar, salt, lemon juice into mixing bowl, then blend for 20 seconds / speed 9.
Use spatula to scrape down sides of the mixing bowl and cook for 7 minutes / 195°F|90°C / speed 3.
