Directions

1. Add the sesame seed to the mixing bowl. Sauté the seeds for 5 minutes.

2. With the measuring cup inserted chop on for 5 seconds. Remove from mixing bowl and set aside.

3. Place the basil leaves, dried tomatoes, and garlic in the mixing bowl. Chop everything for 5 seconds / speed 5. 

4. Add cottage cheese, the yogurt, the pepper and the sesame-dust to the mixing bowl. Mix everything for 20 seconds / speed 3 / stir until even. 

5. Serve in a baguette. Enjoy your dish!
