Quick and simple garlicky bok choy recipe, an excellent vegan-friendly pair with your rice!
Ingredients
14 OZ / 400 G bok choy
6 CLOVES garlic
3 TBSP vegetable oil
0.5 TSP salt
Directions
Wash your bok choy, then slice them in half. Remove the root end from the garlic.
Add your garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop your garlic for 10 seconds / speed 4. Once done, pick the garlic skin out of the mixing bowl.
Add your oil, salt, and bok choy to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup removed, sauté your vegetables for 8 minutes / 250°F|120°C. Once cooked, give the vegetables a mix with your spatula.
Reinsert the lid and continue cooking the Bok choy again 4 minutes / 250°F|120°C. Remove from the mixing bowl, straining any excess liquid off.
