An Asian-inspired salad dressing that is perfect with roasted vegetables or salad for a keto-friendly diet.
Ingredients
1 OZ / 25 G ginger root
3.5 OZ / 100 ML sesame oil
2 TBSP white sesame seeds
1 CLOVE garlic
2 OZ / 50 ML rice vinegar
1 OZ / 25 ML soy sauce
Directions
Peel your ginger and garlic. Add them to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop your ginger and garlic for 10 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to the mixing bowl. Mix for 25 seconds / speed 3. Empty into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
