A vegan, keto and paleo spread, perfect for a snack or a part of any meal.
Ingredients

3.5 OZ / 100 G green onion

8 EA garlic

3.5 OZ / 100 G sunflower seeds

2 OZ / 60 G sunflower oil

1 TSP salt

0.5 EA lemon
Directions
Peel your garlic then add to the mixing bowl along with your sunflower seeds. Pulverize the mix for 40 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides
Roughly chop the spring onions with the green bits then add to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds / speed 10.
Add your sunflower oil and salt to the mixing bowl and mix again for 30 seconds / speed 5. Empty to a serving dish.
Your spread is ready. It can last for up to 3 days in the fridge. Serve with bread or vegetable sticks.
Recipe Note
TIP:
- Try using wild garlic instead of the green onions, if you can get your hands on garlic scapes will be even better.
